With over 15 years of experience in solar roofing and home improvement, Joe brings a deep understanding of construction, sales, and customer service to every project. His background spans a wide range of home services — from roofing and siding to windows, decks, and doors — with a consistent focus on quality workmanship and homeowner satisfaction across the East Coast. When he’s not on the job site, you’ll find him on the sidelines cheering for his daughter’s softball team and spending time with his family in any way he can.

As a man with nearly 40 years of experience in the construction field, Franchi has led some of the industry’s most impressive projects as a foreman and supervisor — from high-rises in Florida to major builds like the Borgata in Atlantic City. A seasoned general contractor, he has built everything from bridges to homes from the ground up. After moving his successful construction business to Celebration, Florida for many years, Franchi eventually returned home to New Jersey to raise his kids near the rest of their large family. His deep expertise, leadership, and dedication to his craft — driven by his love for family — make him an essential part of Paragon Exteriors’ continued success.
